Exciting client update!! In mid-February I saw a couple whose "feng shui goal" was to sell a piece of land that had been on the market for a few years. After re-arranging some furniture and enhancing their loft apartment to "call in a buyer" - they reported that they accepted an offer on the land! So, a week and a half after I did their consultation, their goal was accomplished!!
When I told this to my cousin, she reminded that a couple of years ago, her house had been on the market for a couple of years, and she and her husband were getting concerned over selling it in order to move into their newly-built house. Before feng shui, they had several showings but no bites. After feng shui? The house sold THE NEXT DAY!
